Sausage Making

There are those who would want to make sure that everything they serve to their families and friends are made from scratch. I am one of those individuals who would want to try experimenting with a number of dishes and recipes I would normally find in recipe books. I am a gourmet home cook, and this is the reason why I tend to be an avid fan of food shows and magazines.
One of my latest projects is to learn how to make sausages. I have been inspired by those food network chefs who have shown me how to make their own links. I already have my hand operated meat grinder so I can start up on the project. I have already tried out one of the recipes, and it worked just perfectly. Hopefully I can have more to try out and serve to guests who may come over my place.
